If you would like to check in late (after 10p.m.), please let us know in advance.
We usually close reception and lock the entrance door after 10 p.m.
( Please note, we have no curfew, guests can come and go as they please.)

We will send you a reply within 48 hours.
If in case that you did not receive it, please check your SPAM folder once,but even not received, please contact us by email of phone.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible for the sake of other travelers who have not found accommodation yet.
Please note that a cancellation fee will be demanded if you cancel ALL your reservation as the following cases.

* 2 and 3 days prior to arrival date --- A 30% of total accommodation fee
* 1 day prior to arrival date --- A 50% of total accommodation fee
* On arrival date & no show --- A 100% of total accommodation fee
* Long term stay for Private Room in High Season --- Maximum 50% of the total accommodation fee
(NO SHOW : failure to arrive without notice, for example, a phone call or email.)

Reconfirmation by telephone or email 3days in advance is necessary for Private, Family/Group room bookings only.
If not reconfirmed, there is a possibility that your room may be given to other travellers.
(Reconfirmation of dormitory rooms is not required, but gratefully accepted.)
