Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible for the sake of other travelers who have not found accommodation yet.
Please note that a cancellation fee will be demanded if you cancel ALL your reservation as the following cases.

* 1 and 7 days prior to arrival date --- A 50% of total accommodation fee
* On arrival date & no show --- A 100% of total accommodation fee

Reconfirmation by telephone or email 3days in advance is necessary.
If not reconfirmed, there is a possibility that your room may be given to other travellers.
