We accept reservations from 2 months in advance.
Please submit the reservation form up to 3 days before.
After that, please make it by telephone. Thank you.

As lunch time between 12pm and 3pm, there is a possibility our phone is set an answering machine. Please try again after 3pm.
--- NOTICE ---
If you would like to check in late (after 10p.m.), please let us know in advance.
We usually close reception and lock the entrance door after 9 p.m.
( Please note, we have no curfew, guests can come and go as they please.)

Cancellation Policy


If you cancel your booking for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible for the sake of other travelers who have not found accommodation yet.
Please note that a cancellation fee will be demanded if you cancel ALL your reservation as the following cases.

* 2 and 3 days prior to arrival date --- A 30% of total accommodation fee
* 1 day prior to arrival date --- A 50% of total accommodation fee
* On arrival date & no show --- A 100% of total accommodation fee
* Long term stay for Private Room in High Season --- Maximum 50% of the total accommodation fee
(NO SHOW : failure to arrive without notice, for example, a phone call or email.)

Reconfirmation by telephone or email 1 week in advance is necessary.
If not reconfirmed, there is a possibility that your room may be given to other travellers.
